To create a better world we need to start with the youth. And in the Edgewood neighborhood in Northeast, DC Bahá'ís & other dedicated friends are working with local children & adolescents & their families to improve their community. Over the next few weeks, participants will be building on a number of already thriving youth-oriented initiatives to further involve young people in a systematic program focusing on character & identity development, self-empowerment, and acts of community service. The project is based on material developed & implemented by the international Bahá'í community. Whether you are a local Bahá'í or a friend of the Bahá'í community, you are welcome to join in supporting these activities.
